Q. I have been added as a new Qargo user, how do I log in? I received an email, but the link doesn't seem to work.
A. When a new user is added to your Qargo Account, an email will be sent to the email associated to the user. The email will show as 'Reset your password for Qargo' as the subject line.
‼️ The link will only be valid for an hour from when sent.
‼️Links can only be used once.
Click the link in the email to create a password for your user profile.
A reset password window will display where the password can be added.
Create your password and SAVE.
Once saved, the user will see a confirmation message.
Go to the main login page (app.qargo.com/login)
Troubleshooting
Login Warning
A warning is displayed that the link has expired or has been used.
The initial email link is only available for an hour and is valid for a single use only.
Go to the main login page (app.qargo.com/login)
Enter email and click NEXT
Select the login method 'Email and password' option
The email field will be pre-filled and cannot be changed.
Click the 'Forgot your password' link
Stuck on 'Initializing'
User has entered the email, but the screen is just displaying 'Initializing' and unable to complete the login.
This typically happens when there are too many active sessions open.
Navigate to https://app.qargo.com/logout. This will close any active sessions.
Retry logging in again on the usual link (app.qargo.com/login)
This should resolve the initialising issue.
