Q. My Qargo login screen looks different? I'm missing the 'Send login link' button - how do I sign in? I used to enter my email and click the button to get the link, and now there is no button? My customer and subcontractors using the portal have also reported that their login screen has changed.
A. We recently updated the user login / sign in page for a more streamlined sign in experience. Users now simply enter their email address and click the NEXT button.
There are 2 options that will now display:
Email and password
Email link
Log in with Email link - no change to previous functionality. You will receive an email with a secure link. Click the link to be logged directly into the Qargo platform.
Log in with Password - no change to previous functionality. Use the password you created. If you do not remember the password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link to receive an email with the password reset.
Mobile App update
Drivers may also notice a change to the login screen on the Qargo Mobile App.
Troubleshooting
1.) Unable to log into the mobile app. Getting an error that directs the user to contact support.
Verify the EMAIL being used is the same that is on the resource profile.
Confirm the EMAIL format is correct; be aware of any punctuation that needs to be included.
Once validated, click the 'Reset Password' button to generate new email link.
2.) Reset password button is not available on the resource profile.
Remove the email address from the resource, toggle off Mobile access and save the profile.
Toggle Mobile access back on, re-add the email and save.
This should reenable the password reset button.
Workarounds that can be tried:
Restart Your Browser or App: Fully close and reopen your web browser or mobile app to ensure a fresh session before attempting to log in again.
Force Logout and Re-login: Clear any stuck sessions by visiting the Qargo logout URL(http://app.qargo.com/logout) and then logging in again. These steps are effective for resolving most session-related login errors.
