It is now possible to configure cost and revenue charge defaults, as well as the ability to configure restrictions on ADR; similar to existing functions with extra’s or timewindows. No more double selections or confusion - simply select "Dangerous goods" and the pricing will be applied automatically.

How to Configure ADR Revenue charges(Customer Rate Cards)

Navigate to Configuration -> "Order input tab

Select the section called ADR. There are two options:

  • ADR

  • Limited quantity

These can be configured in a similar way as the other order input options.

To automate extra charges, Link ADR and Limited Quantity options to your price list, and extra charges will be applied to your ADR orders:

Add the rate for ADR in a linked rare card by clicking on ✏️ pen icon and whenever the goods are selected as ADR in your order, the ADR surcharge will automatically apply:

This can also be viewed/linked and adjusted on the customer specific rate card:

This configuration will make sure the charge will automatically get added once the goods have been selected as "dangerous" from the goods dropdown in the items details:

Example:

How to Configure ADR Cost charges(Cost/Subcontractor Rate Cards)

Navigate to Configuration -> Cost calculation trip and locate the rate card to add ADR/Limited Quantity option as a cost:

Open the rate card and click on add charge option:

Make selection of ADR or/and Limited Quantity, and link them to cost price list:

Add the rates to surcharge by clicking on ✏️ pen icon and save the adjustments.

Pro Tip: This setup will make sure that a new cost line will automatically added to your trip if there is an order with Dangerous goods(ADR) linked to it

💡TIP:

Make sure that your ADR fields are activated under Configuration -> Additional Fields -> Cargo and Configuration -> Additional Fields -> ADR as explained in this article
