Tasks are used to create a consistent workflow in the Qargo platform. As part of the workflow, tasks can be sent to the Qargo Mobile App for drivers to complete. These are referred to as 'Questions paths'.

CONFIGURE TASK

  • Navigate to CONFIGURATION>Tasks>Trips

  • Locate the question path task you want to make required & un-skippable

To make this specific set of questions required, so the driver cannot skip over:

  1. Set the main 'required' toggle located to the top right corner of the 'Driver: question path/upload document' section.

  2. Toggle each question to make it necessary for drivers to complete these.

    • When the task is set to 'Required'

📚 Hover over the ! to show a hint confirming the driver is blocked from completing the stop, until the task is completed.

When the task is set as 'Required', the driver is unable to move to the next part of the trip until the required elements are completed. The next action remains greyed out and the driver cannot select it.

📚 The task needs to be created for new trips. To apply changes on trips that are already dispatched, retrigger the dispatch task.
