Qargo Mobile APP: Driver Quick Start Guide

Summary for Driver's using the Qargo Mobile App for the first time.

1. Login

You can log in in three ways:

  • Email + password: use the email address linked to your profile.

  • Magic link: a login link is sent to your email.

  • Trip code: a unique code sent to you during dispatch.

👉 If you do not see the Code option, update the app to the latest version.

Forgot your password?

  • Tap Forgot password?

  • Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.


2. New trip

When a trip is assigned to you:

  • It appears as NEW (with a red border).

  • Tap Mark as seen to confirm you have acknowledged the trip.


3. During your working day

Starting

  • Tap Show next stop.

  • Tap Start driving.

When you arrive

  • Tap Arrive.

  • Adjust the time if needed.

  • Complete the required tasks (questions, photos, scans…).

After finishing a stop

  • Tap Depart & Start driving to continue to the next stop.


4. Tasks

You may receive different types of tasks:

  • Questions you must fill in

  • Document/photo upload

  • Pallet / barcode scan

  • General tasks (loading/unloading, etc.)

✔ All tasks must be completed to finish a stop.
✔ When scanning barcodes, you can still edit the number until you tap Save.


5. End of trip

When all stops and tasks are completed:

  • Tap End trip.

  • Finished trips remain visible in the Completed tab for 1 week.


6. Troubleshooting

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Restart the app if it freezes or shows errors.

  • Check your email/spam folder if login emails do not arrive.

  • Contact your dispatcher or Qargo support if problems continue.
