When you edit the price in your order, you can opt to choose a manual formula to calculate the price.
When you choose the manual formula, you can set a metric based on a number of items:
You choose whether the price is linked to goods (number, weight, loading metres etc), distance or time. You are therefore not yet required to take over the numbers of goods, distance or time.
Price per quantity: this is the amount per unit. this can be an hourly price, kilometre price, pallet price, price per weight, etc.
Quantity: this is the number of units, i.e. number of hours, kilometres, pallets, etc. Note with hours, these should be expressed decimally. 1 hour 15 minutes is 1.25
Unit: informatively, this records whether you were working with minutes or hours, kilograms or tonnes, kilometres or metres, etc.
If you want to add an additional price line in the price calculation, you can click on "Add calculation".
