If your driver has to make a certain stop during a trip, these can be added as internal stops in Locations. This is for instance used if you make the following stops:
Weighing
Cleaning
Repairing
Resting/Sleeping
Add internal stop actions in Locations
First you create those internal stops, used in your company, in Locations.
Navigate to Locations
Click on Internal stop actions in the header
Click on "Add stop action" in the left sidebar
Complete the details for the stop, including:
DURATION for the stop: The time selected will show as part of the route when added to a trip.
EXCLUDE FOR PRICING: Toggle on/off to determine if this stop should be included in duration based pricing metrics. When toggled OFF, the stop will not be included in the order pricing calculation.
Add internal stop in a trip
Once created, you can afterwards add those stops in the execution of your order.
Navigate to an order.
Go to the section Execution.
Click on the map icon to add a stop.
Click on Other.
