There is a new view available in the main menu. The 'Stop Overview Table' will help users follow up on the most recent stops by giving them an overview within a given time interval. Condensing the view of these stops to a single view allows for a better visibility of any pending tasks that still need to be executed, particularly useful if these are time sensitive or require approvals.
On the list view, there are 3 default views available: All', 'Upcoming stops' and 'Past stops'. The data displayed in these views will be dictated by the time frame selected in the drop down option 'Stops planned or completed within the last or next: X Hours'
With the time frame selected, the table view displays times, status, resources, location, activity, pallet status, linked documents, question paths, reference numbers, etc. The data is organised in the table by Order number and Trip Number, along with the leg activity. Arranging the visibility in this way gives a clear overview of the tasks allocated to the leg activity, ie: a POD required at a Delivery leg.
There is an option to 'Edit Columns' which will allow users to select additional data columns to display on the table. Clicking on this option will expose the menu bar where options can be selected by adjusting the Toggle.
The column position in the table can be moved by dragging and dropping the column to where the user prefers to see the data. Some of the column headers can be filtered so show selected data. Where this is available, the filter icon is displayed when hovering in the column header.
Filtering options will display below the filter icon, once selected the view will adjust to show the options selected. Filtering on Resources can be used to identify key resources or Pallet Network trips that require additional monitoring. Using the '+View' and filtering together users can configure custom views that allow a granular view and improved tracking of tasks.
Trips tasks can be executed directly from the screen by clicking the 'Play' button where available.
Orders and trips detail views can be accessed directly by clicking on the number in the row. To the right on each row there are 2 additional update options that will show when available.
Calendar Icon: Edit stop times panel. This will allow the user to perform stop actions, including:
Pencil Icon: Edit Collect/Delivery panel. This allows the user to update any stops that are not yet completed.
