Orders: AI Signature detection on POD / CMRs
When adding a signed POD / CMR to the system, Qargo Intelligence (Qi) will now detect signatures and provide this as a summary on the document.
Hover over the 'Signed' label to see additional details about the signatures.
In addition to signatures, Qi will also include a quality indicator for the document itself by colour coding the 'Q' logo (Green = Good / Orange = Poor).
Additional data points from the document are extracted and included in the summary, making key information instantly accessible.
‼️ While Qi provides intelligent analysis, we recommend opening documents directly to verify signing parties and signature counts for complete certainty.
Configuration: Configure decimal separator preference
Different locations use different options as a decimal separator, when entering amounts. Users can now choose what decimal separator to use to avoid any confusion when generating amounts throughout the system.
There are 3 options available:
Autodetect decimal separator based on language (Based on user's language setting in tenant.)
Use comma for decimals: 0,01
Use period for decimals: 0.01
Configuration: Routing default preference
It is now possible to adjust routing defaults, with 3 options available:
Cheapest
Fastest (default)
Shortest
This flexibility allows users to control how their routes and tolls are calculated, offering more accurate routing and costs savings that come with it.
Restricted to users that have access to update CONFIGURATION only.
Mobile App: Driver read notification for Trip confirmation
No more guessing if the driver has received their latest trip details!
When a trip is sent to the driver's mobile, it will now have a label showing 'UNREAD'. This will show in the trip and on the driver details in the Planning screen.
On the driver side, in the mobile app, it will show the details in a RED border indicating NEW.
The driver MUST click to acknowledge the trip.
Once the trip is acknowledged in the app, the label will update to show 'READ' in the trip. The label on the planning board is removed.

Intermodal: Quick Actions update
Where customers have a high volume of intermodal orders, it was cumbersome to complete mass updates across multiple trips. For instance, where sailings need to be verified, there was a heavy manual component to verify and update trips individually.
Introducing a new 'Quick Actions' function on the Intermodal Planning page now enables efficient completion of trips and tasks without the need to process each individually.
Key benefits:
Save time by completing multiple trips at once
Reduce risk of human error in repetitive tasks
Maintain clear overview of pending actions
Orders: Select pdf pages to scan for orders
Create an order using Qargo intelligence, either drag an email or a pdf into Qargo. It’s possible to define which pages of the PDF file(s) should be used for the order pre-fill and as order confirmation.
Once the PDF files have been added, the user can specify what page range should be used. This range will be used to scan by AI and will be used as the order confirmation attachment in the order.
Once the split has been created, this will be visible to review as well. It is possible to create splits for the different PDF files that have been attached. When multiple splits are created, the last created split will be used as order confirmation. The original PDF files can be deleted or they can be left to attach to the order as well.
Once the order is created, the last created split will be added in attachment as the order confirmation from the customer as well as the email itself. If other splits were created from other PDF files, these will be added in attachment as document type ‘Other’. Finally, the original PDF files are added at document type ‘Communication’
Customers can now easily extract the order confirmation from larger PDF files.
More accurate document scanning by specifying pages to be used.

Orders: Save custom view columns
When a user creates a custom view, users can now modify the columns that are included in the view without affecting other views.
Create the custom view - Click + View.
Give the view a name and click 'Create view'
Click 'Edit Columns' in the new view and toggle on/off relevant columns
Click 'Save Changes'
‼️ This functionality applies to Custom Views Only ‼️
Editing columns in one of the generic views will update the column across all the standard views.
Orders / Invoices / Trips: Enhanced Bulk Task Processing
When executing tasks in bulk the previous limit of 100 records has been lifted; it is now possible to select all records for processing.
Not all tasks will process at the same time.
To distinguish, tasks will show status of 'in progress' and 'upcoming' - those indicated as 'upcoming' are tasks waiting to be put in progress.
This will happen automatically, once you have selected the records, no further action is required.
The task indicator will display while the tasks are being updated:
Selecting multiple records is available across the following pages:
Orders
Trips
Invoices
Purchase Invoices
Credit Notes

Intermodal: Improved visibility for booked connections

Under To plan: Orders there are 4 new columns with information on the intermodal arrival and departure location and dates:
Departure time intermodal leg
Departure location intermodal leg
Arrival time intermodal leg

Click 'Edit Columns' and toggle on.
Booking related references are now visible on the terminal stop as well. These can be added to the booking data, and will show when the terminal stop is expanded.
