You can edit the order of the stops after you have created the order and/or added extra stops.
You have multiple options to edit the stops of an order.
Edit unplanned orders
Change the sequence of unplanned orders
Navigate to Orders and click on the order you like to change.
Click on "Show route" located in the "Execution" section of the order.
Click on "Edit route".
Drag and drop the stops.
Save it.

Stops on an order can be updated in 2 locations in the order.

In both cases, to update the stop details, click the Edit Icon (green pen) that is located to the right of the stop information.
The 'Edit Collect / Delivery' screen opens to allow changes to be made. The allows edits to the address, the time window, the activity or relevant details for a stop.
There are different stop activity options available that can be selected.
Stop Activity | Description |
Collect | Pick up / Load Freight from a specified location |
Couple Trailer | Collect trailer from specified location. |
Start of day | Driver starts day driving from a specified location, eg: overnight parking. Typically does not include loading / unloading freight. |
Delivery | Drop freight / Empty container at a specified location |
Uncouple Trailer | Remove trailer from power unit and leave at a specified location. |
End of day | Driver finishes driving and parks at specified location. Typically does not include loading / unloading freight. |
Edit planned orders
Edit planned orders on the Planboard
You can also edit a stop on the Planboard if the trip has already been planned.
Navigate to Planning.
Navigate to the trip you want to edit in the planning view.
Drag and drop the stop.
Save it.
Change the stop sequence of planned orders on the Trips page
Updating the stop sequence is available from the Trip Detail View page. This page can be accessed in a few ways, offering more flexibility to make edits on the fly.
Planning>Planboard view. Click anywhere in the planned trip to open.
Trips. Click on the Trip number, or anywhere in the row to open the trip.
Click on "Edit route"

Save it
