Q. There used to be an option to Edit the columns and Customise data visibility, but now I do not have the buttons any more. Where did they go? How do I update my view so I only see the data I want and need to see.

A. The Edit and Customise buttons have been updated to a new single button to access the customisation menu. This change affects the List Views for the following pages:

  • Orders

  • Planning

  • Stops

  • Trips

  • Invoices

  • Customers

  • Resources

  • Locations

The position and verbiage change introduces a more consistent style throughout the platform for customisations. Reducing the option to a single button improves visibility on the screen, and also makes it possible to relocate the button position to a more logical position.

For example, in the planning screen there were previously 2 'Customise' buttons shown in the header, one related to the orders/resources table and the 2nd related to the planning board view. Duplicating these buttons created a confusing and inefficient flow when updating these options.

The general order for the toolbar buttons will show:

  • Customise Button | Search Field | Other filters (date range, etc)
