Q: How can the US date format (MM/DD/YYYY) be set up in Qargo?
A: The US date format can be enabled through two methods:
Individual User Setting (Self-Service): A user can select this format by changing the language setting to English (US) within their personal User Menu.
Organisation Setting (Administrative): To apply the US date format by default for all users across the entire Qargo tenant, the setting must be configured in the General Organisation Settings. To make this change please reach out to your Onboarding Manager, Account Manager, or Support.
