How to get started with an integration request in Qargo that requires Integrations Onboarding Manager assistance to setup.

Q. I want to integrate part of my workflow into Qargo. Can I set this up myself and how do I get started?

A. Qargo API can be used to make connections between your Qargo account and other partners you may work with, including customers, subcontractors or 3rd party platforms.

Setting up API connections / Integrations does require working with the Qargo team, and you will need to have SUPER ADMIN rights.

Contact your Account Manager to initiate the request for an integration.

Information required:

  • Integration partner: Company details. Contact Name & Email for the main point of contact that Qargo will work with to setup the integration.

  • Type & scope of setup: Provide details of the type of integration you require (ie: Order entry), along with the scope of expected functionality.

    • Refer to Qargo API: Available options for overview of what is supported.

  • Any specific functional requirements: Provide details of any specific functional requirements needed.

Steps:

  1. Contact Account Manager to request setup

  2. Provide details of integration company and the contact that will work with Qargo to complete the setup

  3. Provide details for the type of setup requested and any expected functions that must be included.

  4. Once Qargo receives this request, an Integrations Onboarding Manager (IOM) will connect with you to assist with completing the request.
