🎉 It is now possible to create customer specific indexes under 1 fuel surcharge configuration!

In the past, you had to create a specific surcharge line for each customer and link it to a separate rate card/Link to a rate card separately as shown below.

It is now possible to configure this within 1 Index line configuration and link it to all the rate cards within transport services (if the indexes change per transport service, another separate line with different values need to be configured).

If a customer has a specific index configured, that percentage is applied to the orders of that customer within that specific transport service rate card.

If no specific index is found, the default one is used.
