It is now possible to pin customer portal news articles to the top of the news feed, so that important articles are easily visible to customers.
At most three articles can be pinned at a time.
The ordering of the three pinned articles is still reverse chronological.
Create invoice using a self-bill spreadsheet
Introducing a new feature in our invoice scanning module 🪄, streamlining the process for companies transporting goods.
Users can now copy and paste customer-provided spreadsheets in a new invoice creation mode, reducing manual work. The system matches spreadsheet lines to Qargo orders/charges based on specified columns, allowing users to optimize matches before saving as a draft invoice. In the next phase, a split view presents Qargo's suggested charges alongside the original spreadsheet, facilitating easy additions to the invoice.
Show time windows in planning board
We've made it possible to have your time windows visible on the planning board.
These can provide more context on what was promised to your customers during planning and if everything is running accordingly!

Filter on pallet status
We have now made it possible to filter by pallet status in the order/trip to plan list.
This is useful, for example, to have an overview of all pallets that are still being stored in your depot.
Last location filter on planning board
We’ve rolled out a change to our planning board filters.
There is now a new last location filter which you can use to quickly search for resources left at a specific spot.
The resource group filter and the new location filter are now also visualised as column filters.

VAT number check on customer/subcontractor
As of now, we have rolled a new feature that automatically identifies duplicate VAT numbers during customer or subcontractor creation, alerting users in real-time to potential duplicates.
If the system spots the same VAT number that has already been registered in the system, we give a warning with the company name that the same VAT number has been registered to and you can easily go to that customer by simply clicking on the name.
We also show a warning message if you try to save the duplicate VAT number as below:
Don't replan (Incidents)
We know that most of your trips go as smoothly as butter, but sometimes life throws a curveball. Imagine this: you're set for a delivery or pickup, but something goes wrong. No worries! Incidents in Qargo are here to help you navigate these bumps. But what if the goods are damaged and no replanning is needed?
Enter our new feature "Don't replan"!
When adding an incident for a failed pickup or delivery, you can now select the "Don't replan" option, and voila! When saved, the incident will be displayed on your order and trip.
Unavailable for multiple days
Got a driver with a laundry list of days off? We've got you covered with our latest update.
Now, when you're on the planning board and need to mark a driver unavailable, just click on the calendar icon. You'll spot a new option: "Select multiple days". Here you can select multiple days in one go. No more clicking like it's going out of style – just pick 'em all at once!
