Export multiple orders from the customer portal

We've made it super easy for your clients to get their hands on important documents.

Previously, they had to reach out to request necessary documents. But now, once enabled, they can grab the delivery manifest themselves.

Navigate to the customer portal. Filter on the orders you want to export (if necessary). Click on "Export" and choose "Delivery manifest". And voila, the PDF is good to go.

Export data from Qargo to import in Amazon carrier portal

This update is only relevant for Amazon Hauliers.

Hi,

If you are an Amazon haulier, you need to import the requested information into the Carrier Appointment Request Portal (CARP) from Amazon.

As of now, you can seamlessly export this data from the order list view from Qargo and then import in the Amazon carrier portal.

To set this up, reply to this message or send an email to [email protected].

Advanced filtering - (Not) Empty filters

We already provided you with extensive filtering in Qargo. But what if you for instance were trying to filter orders without references or specific data points.

With our new "Not Empty" and "Empty" filters, you can now easily pinpoint orders or trips lacking references or containing specific data.

These advanced options are applicable not only to standard fields but also to custom fields.

Collapse sections in Qargo

While Qargo provides a wealth of valuable information, not every detail is always relevant for you. Previously, you had to shift through extensive sections, potentially overlooking critical data due to information overload.

With our latest update, you can now easily collapse sections of your screen by simply clicking on the icon next to the section header.

By default, all sections are expanded. However, if certain details are not essential, you can collapse those sections with a single click. What's more, Qargo remembers your preferences, ensuring that collapsed sections remain closed if you navigate to different orders, trips or invoices. You can find more information here.

Navigate through the additional fields

We've addressed a couple of improvements to enhance your experience with additional fields.

Previously, it could be challenging to navigate and certain fields couldn't be marked as required or inactive.

To tackle this, we've revamped the page, introducing a table view for easier navigation.

Additionally, we've added new standard fields like Service Level and Weight, and now you can make fields required or inactive as needed.

You can find more information here.
