Each time you create an order, a trip, an invoice... in the platform, there is valuable information entered of your company. The Dashboard module provides an easily accessible overview of that data. From revenue to costs, due date of the invoice to be paid etc.

Navigate to Dashboard

You can click on the tabs to only see a visualisation of a certain segment, e.g. the revenue. The following segments are available:

  • Revenue

  • Operation

  • Profitability

  • Distance

  • Overdue invoices

  • Resource expiration

  • Holidays

  • Incidents

  • Accounting

  • Accounting Accrual

Revenue

The numbers shown on the below graphs would always show the numbers of the current period. The current period could be the current month or year, depending on the selected dates at the top of the page.

For instance, Revenue last period would mean:

  • If you select Month, it would show the number of revenue of the current month as of the first day of the current month.

  • If you select Year, it would show the number of revenue of the current year as of the first of January of the current year.

Customer / Subcontractor Reporting

Customer and Subcontractor reporting is broken out and visualised on 2 different tabs. Once in the appropriate tab, it is possible to filter based on the specific customer or subcontractor via 'Customer' search field.

  • Customer Reporting = REVENUE

  • Subcontractor Reporting = PROFITABILITY

When a certain filter is not relevant for that segment, you will see that 'Out of scope' is mentioned. This indicates these filters will not update any of the data that is shown in the page.
