Accessing the Portal
Once subcontractors are granted access to the portal, they will receive an email notification with a login link
Upon logging in, subcontractors will have access to the main dashboard, which provides an overview of all their assigned shipments.
Shipment Overview Page
The first page that subcontractors encounter is the Shipment Overview, where they can view a comprehensive list of all shipments. This page is designed to be functional and user-friendly, offering several tools to filter and search for specific information:
Filtering Options: Subcontractors can filter shipments by various criteria, including specific resources, timestamps, and by date. They can choose to filter by specific days, weeks, or months, depending on their needs.
Search Bar: A search functionality allows subcontractors to search for trips using keywords or shipment numbers, making it easier to locate specific trips in a timely manner.
Color-coded Trip Status: To provide clarity and quick visual reference, the status of each trip is represented by different colors:
Green: Delivered
Purple: In Transit
Blue: Planned
This color-coding system ensures that subcontractors can quickly assess the current status of each shipment at a glance.
General Overview
In the general overview, subcontractors can see the details of their assigned resources as well as the route information for each shipment.
This view provides them with all the essential information they need to understand the scope of their current assignments.
For a more detailed look at a specific shipment, subcontractors can click on any trip line. This will open a dedicated page for that particular trip.
Detailed View and Document Management
Once on the detailed view page, subcontractors have access to additional features that allow them to manage tasks and view documents related to the shipment. The features available on this page include:
Adjust Arrival Times: Subcontractors can modify the estimated arrival times directly in the portal, ensuring that the system remains up to date with the most accurate information.
Complete Trips: Once a trip is finished, subcontractors can mark the trip as complete.
Task Execution: Subcontractors can also complete tasks that have been set by their customer. These tasks may include document uploads, updates, or other shipment-related tasks.
Upload Documents: Subcontractors can upload important documents such as Proof of Delivery (POD) or CMR documents directly through the portal.
View Available Documents: All available documents related to the shipment can be viewed, downloaded, or printed. This ensures that all necessary documentation is easily accessible at any point in the shipment process.
