This article shows how the Qargo customer configures documents available to the subcontractor to show in the portal.

Trip Sheet Access: For every stop on Subcontractor Portal, a Trip Sheet will be automatically available, ensuring that subcontractors have immediate access to crucial trip details.

Qargo users can also customize which documents are visible for each stop. This can be managed by navigating to Configurations > Documents>Driver app/ subcontractor portal: documents


Activate the documents that you want to make visible or uploadable for your subcontractors by toggling on or off.

  • Save your changes.




Subcontractors can access the same essential documents as drivers do in the mobile app.
This includes important paperwork attached too your orders/ trips.

All documents that have been activated can be viewed, downloaded, or printed by subcontractors within the portal.

This ensures that necessary paperwork is readily available when required.

Note: If a document has been uploaded after the dispatch task to subcontractor portal, the dispatch task need to be retriggered to make the documents visible on the portal
