Depending on which documents to be generated(like trip sheet or transport order) the 👉task will appear after appointing the related/configured resource in the trip.
(In example: If the resources are set as driver-subcontractor in your task configurations, the task on the trip page will not appear unless you have a driver or subcontractor attached in your trip).
⚠️ The templates of the documents get configured by Qargo support team and if any changes needed, you can contact us with the details.
If the related resources are appointed to your trip, you will be able to see the task of document generation in the trip list, in the trip page or in the planning view(See below the visibilities).
Simply click on the play button to execute the task of document generation.
Once you click on the "play" button in any of these views, the task will be executed and you will be able to see the preview and the attachment of the document in your trip page:
The preview of the documents can be seen by clicking on the "eye" icon located on the document line and you can print, download or close the preview of the document:

Generate documents in BULK for several trips:
Go to the trips column
Select quick actions
Select the dispatch task( this will filter the dispatch tasks that not yet have been executed)
Make selection of the trips you want to generate the document for.
Click "complete task option located on the right bottom:
