Week 1
📄 Locations - Add documents to a location, shared automatically with drivers
You can now attach site paperwork such as driving instructions, site maps and access rules directly to a location. Once the document type is shared, it shows up automatically on every stop at that location in the driver app and subcontractor portal - no more attaching the same file to each order.
What’s included:
New Documents section on the location detail page, with a preview panel
Supported types: Location info for driver, Communication and Other
Contact tasks can send location documents straight to the site contact
🔀 Locations - Transport networks: Choose the split activity
You can now choose which activity a transport network puts on the stop it creates when it splits an order. Pick Park goods for hubs that work as a shunting yard, so drivers are told to uncouple and couple instead of unloading goods that are only being parked.
What’s included:
Choose Transfer goods (default) or Park goods in the General configuration section
Park goods works for both trailers and chassis
Applies to new orders from planners, order import, the customer portal and the API
🔎 Planning - Filter the Stops view by stop activity
You can now filter the Stops view by stop activity, so you only see the stops relevant to the job in hand - depot loads and unloads, internal actions such as Cleaning, or intermodal terminal steps.
The Show stops filter has a new mode selector that switches between the familiar Collect/Delivery filtering and the new Stop activity filtering. Your existing saved views stay exactly as they are.
What’s included:
Pick one or more activities from the same groups as the Add stop activity menu
Use Select all to pick a whole group in one click
Collect/Delivery/All stops remains the default mode
📦 Orders - Split goods and keep existing barcodes
When some pallets on a cargo item turn out to be different - say 2 taller pallets out of 5 - you can now move them to a new cargo item without reprinting any labels. The new Split goods action divides one cargo item into two and moves the barcodes you select along with the pallets. The warehouse keeps working with the labels already on the pallets.
What’s included:
Choose how many pallets to split off and which barcodes go with them
Weight, volume and loading meters are split pro rata, and you can override them before confirming
Split off one pallet at a time to record separate piece dimensions per pallet
