One view, accurate statuses, no manual cross-checking. This video shows how:
As explained in the video, each cell shows a single status icon:
A checkmark means the resource is available - no trips and no unavailability registered.
A dash means it has a trip planned or in progress that day.
An 'X' means there's an unavailability, like a training or holiday.
And rest day means the date falls outside the resource's shift schedule, though that one only shows if a shift schedule has been configured on the resource.
💡 When more than one status applies on the same day, the most important one wins. In this order: unavailable, then planned, then rest day, then available.
