VIDEO - Per-day Resource availability

The To Plan: Resources view has a per-day availability status grid. One narrow column per date in the selected planning range, each with a single status icon per resource (available, planned, unavailable, rest day).

One view, accurate statuses, no manual cross-checking. This video shows how:

As explained in the video, each cell shows a single status icon:

  • A checkmark means the resource is available - no trips and no unavailability registered.

  • A dash means it has a trip planned or in progress that day.

  • An 'X' means there's an unavailability, like a training or holiday.

  • And rest day means the date falls outside the resource's shift schedule, though that one only shows if a shift schedule has been configured on the resource.

💡 When more than one status applies on the same day, the most important one wins. In this order: unavailable, then planned, then rest day, then available.
