Additional filters are now available on the planning and pre-planning boards, allowing improved visibility of trips, based on the start date and time. Users will now have the additional options to select for a specific number of days and DATE and TIME RANGE.

The current option displays as follows, limiting the view to a 1, 3 or 7 days at a time.

The updated filtering will now allow the user to options on filtering.

  • one specific day

  • date range (up to 7 days)

  • date range with times

We also added support for filtering trips that either start in the time range or fall within the time range.

The implementation will be based on the ANY STOP that is currently the default. Users will need to manually update the filter to show START TRIP.

Filter by column headers

When hovering over the column header, where a 'funnel' icon is displayed, filter options are available. These can be used to select specific orders for planning.

Filter options vary depending on the specific column availability, but can include:

  • Customer

  • Leg

  • Date and time options

Planning & Pre-planning Views

There are separate views for the planning and pre-planning tables also available. These can be created by using the '+View' tab. Column headers can be filtered to create the subset of data to display in the custom view.

Also added:

  • Sort on trip start

  • Filter on resource

  • Filter and sort on planning group

Planning: Resource Availability report.

Under planning, it is now possible to export an overview of resource availability, based on the resource type. Under TO PLAN, select Resources. As you hover each line, the option to Export should show on the right side. The export will show the resource availability, including last location details.
