A. Yes! We are happy to share our roadmap summary of features that our Engineering team will be working on in 2026.

Enterprise features
Multiple billing entities: Ability to merge multiple tenants into one environment so different depots/entities can work together more closely.
Improved permissions & visibility: Users can be linked to departments, with controlled access to views and restricted visibility between departments (more enhancements coming next year).
Tender automation: Reduce manual Excel work by automating cost price calculations, margin application, sales price determination, and tender file uploads.
Rate simulations: Simulate configured rates during resource assignment, not just rely on historic data, for more accurate rate suggestions.
Task improvements
Conditional tasks: Add flexible conditions to control when tasks are visible and triggered, enabling automation like emails, location-based tasks, and field-based actions.
Smarter walk-around checks: Question paths will only appear at the start and/or end of the day instead of every trip.
Document signatures: Ability to add driver signatures to existing documents, not just newly generated ones.
Customer portal
One-time tracking links: Share temporary tracking links with customers, similar to standard parcel tracking.
Invoices in customer portal: Invoices will be available in the customer portal.
Customer order edits: Customers can edit orders with a configurable cut-off time to prevent last-minute changes.
Order approval flow: Customer order creation and edits can go through an approval process, keeping full control over incoming changes.
Costings & resource planning
Automated day rate costings: Automatically split and apply day rates across multiple trips for drivers and subcontractors.
Rest times in cost calculations: Driver rest times will be included in internal cost and profit calculations, not just trip duration.
Improved fleet planning view: More compact and efficient planning screen to better visualise large fleets and more information at once.
Intermodal & customs
Expanded intermodal integrations: Major improvements throughout the year, building on bulk ship/rail bookings.
Enhanced customs support: Support for conventional (GVMS), non-conventional, and temporary storage flows.
Integration with other systems: Ability to send and receive customs information once developments are complete.
Consignor/consignee tracking: Track consignor and consignee details in the system and on documents.
AI
AI booking agents: Automate booking timeslots on customer portals; requires mapping but saves time once set up.
AI chat agent: Provides instant answers to drivers via environment, customer portal, or mobile/subcontractor portal, reducing planner workload.
AI task automation: Create tasks with prompts in natural language; AI checks orders, flags missing info, and can trigger follow-up actions like emails.

Scanning & location validations: Consolidated validations covering inbound depot scans, cross-dock locations, free scanning, and per-pallet location scans during vehicle loading.
Pallet & shipment response templates: Implement configurable templates.

Mobile App enhancements
Overnight rest & break option: Added support to record and manage overnight rest and break periods.
Question paths per goods: Enabled configurable question flows based on goods type.
