Adding / Creating new users in your tenant.

You will need to add users to your account. To do this go to the CONFIGURATION>Organisation Settings tabs.

Click 'Add User' and enter the user email and select the appropriate role from the drop down menu. Enter a description for the user role if appropriate, Click SAVE.

Tip: Avoid using group emails for individual users, emails can only be used for a single profile. If the email has been used before, you will get an error message.

Once the user has been added, they will receive an email with a link to set a password.

When logging in, the user will have the option to use the saved password, or via a Login Link:

The user will receive an email, click the 'Sign in to Qargo' link.

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

If using an old emailed link, the user may receive this error. Please verify they are using the most recent email link and re-attempt to log in.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If required, users can set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This is optional and users are not currently required to complete this.

Click the arrow to the right to start the setup process for MFA.

For security, this process requires a recent login, the user may receive a prompt to log out and back in again to start the process. If the user has recently logged in they will be directed straight to the next step, to use the QR code.

The user will receive a notification once the setup is completed successfully.

Once this has been set on the user profile, you will need to contact Qargo Support should you need to remove this for any reason.
