Its possible that sometimes you get the following error when you try to dispatch the trip to Transics: This trip was cancelled on the tenant's Transics environment. Please check the status of the trip in Transics
Other reasons for dispatch failures may include mismatched terminal IDs, insufficient permissions, or issues related to re-dispatching completed trips.
The reason for this error means that
Or Trip has been cancelled on the Transics side, so you need to re-plan the resource and try redispatching again in your trip(remove the resource and add back and resend).
Or it might be because of missing rights (where you can't see the trip), same resolution method - re-plan the resource and try again(remove the resource and add back and resend).
Please check the status of the trip in Transics to see if it was (manually) cancelled in TXConnect.
Cancelled trips cannot be resent and have to be replanned.
To send the trip to Transics, first remove the Transics resource from the trip in Qargo, re-add the Transics resource and send the trip again to Transics.
If it cannot be seen in Transics, please contact Transics support.
‼️ If the trip is still not visible on Transics after replanning/redispatching, contact Transics to see what is causing this trip to be not visible on the system.
To reduce the likelihood of such errors in the future, regularly update terminal IDs, validate team permissions, and avoid prematurely completing trips.
