When you select the "Waiting hours per stop" metric, then you can add conditions to determine which stops the waiting hours apply to:

Configuration (skip this if you do container transport)
You have the following options:
Only collect stops: this only includes the collect stops
Only collect/delivery stops: this will include the collect as well as delivery stops.
Only delivery stops: this only includes the delivery stops
If you want to select all stops that are not collect/delivery (e.g. customs, cleaning etc.) then you need to select "Only collect/delivery stops" and set the condition to false:
Container transport configuration
For container transport, you have the following metrics:
Only drop stops (container): these are drop container stops, which can be drop empty or drop loaded
Only load goods stops (container): loading goods into the container
Only load/unload goods stops (container): this is loading goods in the container or unloading goods from the container which usually happens at the customer site.
Only pickup stops (container): these are pickup container stops, which can be the pickup of the empty (in case of export) or of the loaded container (in case of import)
Only pickup/drop stops: this includes both the pickup as well as the drop empty or loaded container stops.
Only unload container stops (container): this is for stops where you unload goods from the container.
Example container scenarios
Separate pricing or free time for load/unload goods and for all other stops
You would first calculate a price for the load/unload stops (70 euro per hour with 2 hours free) and then a price for the non load/unload stops (60 euro per hour with 1 hour free). You can see that the second price calculation has the Only load/unload goods stop (container) as false
Separate pricing or free time for load/unload goods, for pickup/drop container stops and for all other stops
You can also go further and set a separate pricing for:
Load/unload goods
Pickup/drop container
Any other stop (e.g. customs, cleaning etc.)
So the last metric has the following conditions:
Pickup/drop stops are excluded
Load/unload goods stops are excluded
So it will only apply to stops that are not pickup/drop or load/unload.
