Customer portal news feed functionality:
You can add feed entries in the documents configuration tab.
This will then be visible in the customer portal dashboard.
You can click on a feed entry to open it up in a drawer to see the full message.
🚨To hide a feed entry, it will have to be deleted.
It is also possible to pin customer portal news articles to the top of the news feed, so that important articles are easily visible to customers.
At most three articles can be pinned at a time.
The ordering of the three pinned articles is still reverse chronological.
