This article explains how to do a failed delivery of a palletline consignment

Operational

When you have a failed delivery for a palletline consignment, then you need to do the following:

  1. Open the order with the failed delivery and edit the delivery location:

  2. Go to incidents and select "Failed delivery"

  3. Then select Retry delivery and select your depot address and the date that you want to retry the delivery:

  4. You will see that a new leg is added to the order to plan in the redelivery:

  5. You will also need to manually add an exception on Contrado for the failed delivery

Configuration

You need to go to Configuration => Order input => Collect & delivery incidents:

And then make sure you have an incident with name:

  • Failed delivery => you can choose this name yourself

  • Availability: Only for delivery needs to be checked

  • Incident should reschedule collect/delivery should be checked and your depot should be selected as the default depot

  • Make sure the correct transport services are selected
