When you have a failed delivery for a palletline consignment, then you need to do the following:
Open the order with the failed delivery and edit the delivery location:
Go to incidents and select "Failed delivery"
Then select Retry delivery and select your depot address and the date that you want to retry the delivery:
You will see that a new leg is added to the order to plan in the redelivery:
You will also need to manually add an exception on Contrado for the failed delivery
Configuration
You need to go to Configuration => Order input => Collect & delivery incidents:
And then make sure you have an incident with name:
