Unloading a palletline trunk

  1. Select unload trunk

  2. Select palletline trunk

  3. Scan the header from the inbound trunk

  4. Scan the barcodes of the individual pallets

  5. Once you scanned a pallet, then the app will show you where to put the pallet:

    1. "No trip assigned": this means that the pallet has not yet been planned in so you should put it on the floor/rack

    2. "Trip name": This will show the name or the id of the trip where the pallet needs to go. If you put the pallet on the correct vehicle then you can press the "Load pallet on truck" button. If you scan the next pallet, then this will happen automatically.
If you are not able to put the pallet on the vehicle, then you need to press the "Store pallet in depot/loading bay" button.

  6. When you finish scanning, you can just press the back button to go to the home screen.

Loading palletline trunk

First you need to generate the loading header in Contrado:

Then you need to use the Qargo crossdock app:

  1. Select the option "Loading" and then "Load palletline trunk"

  2. Then scan the barcode on the palletline header that was printed from contrado

  3. This will then start the pallet scanning for the trunk

  4. Every time you scan a pallet, it will create a scan in Qargo and it will send it to contrado:

This will then assign it to the correct trunk:

  5. When the trunk is full loaded, then the depot will need to go into contrado to scan out the trunk.
