Operational flow
On the Qargo crossdock application, you need to do the following:
Selecting "Loading"
Then you need to select "Load delivery vehicle"
You can then scan your trip sheet to identify the vehicle and the pallets that need to be loaded:
If you don't have a trip/loading sheet with barcode, then you can also type the trip id which you can find in the Qargo web app:
You will then see an overview of the trip details with:
When you scan a pallet, it will appear at the bottom under scanned pallets. We will also show you which pallet space to put it in on the vehicle
This action will create a "Delivery depot loaded" which will be sent to Contrado. Contrado will transform this into an SCDV scan.
The Depart Delivery Vehicle (DPDV) scan does NOT need be done in Contrado, Qargo will do this automatically when the driver departs the depot.
Only for drivers that DO NOT use the mobile app
The following steps only need to happen for drivers that don't use the mobile app (we only send the DPDV when the driver departs the depot with the mobile app):
There you need to select the correct delivery vehicle(s) and then click on "Print delivery headers":
You need to do this for all of your delivery vehicles that you have set up that are used. After printing those delivery vehicle headers, you then need to go to "Trunks" => "Header scanning":
And there you need to select "Depart depot for delivery":
And then scan all the headers that you printed in the previous step.
Configuration
You need to configure the vehicle codes for the delivery vehicle scanning to correctly synchronise with Contrado:
Go to Trunks => View Headers:
Then you need to select "Delivery vehicles":
There you will see a list of all your delivery vehicle headers:
You need to make sure that this header matches the vehicle code in Qargo:
So you need to make sure all the delivery vehicles in Contrado have a matching code in Qargo. So Contrado number field = Qargo resource code field
