When you use Palletline as your pallet network, you would first need to do the below steps.
Add a customer
First, you would create Palletline as a customer.
Navigate to Customers
Click on Create customer
Create a customer that is named "Palletline"
Click on Create subcontractor to make Palletline also a subcontractor
Create 2 resources for the Palletline subcontractor
Click on "Add generic resource" or click on the pencil to edit an already created resource.
Double check that the toggle Active is activated
Toggle Pallet network
Add the order input configuration
Add a transport service
Navigate to Configuration > Order input
Click on Transport services
Add a new transport service named "Pallets" (in case it doesn't exist yet)
Save it.
Add service levels

Add time windows and extras
Navigate to Configuration > Order input
Click on Time window to create new time windows.
Click afterwards on Collect/delivery extra. In the below table, this is named C/d extra.
Complete these fields with the below details

Add additional configuration for Amazon delivery
Once the extras have been set, click on the Amazon delivery extra in Collect/delivery extras.
Click on "Add input fields" at the bottom of the page
Create the following custom fields.
The custom fields names must have exactly these names.

Add surcharge
Once the time windows have been set up, you can add charges, for instance: a saturday surcharge.
Navigate to Configuration > Order input
Click on General surcharges
Click on Add new general surcharge. Add the relevant details and the price calculation condition: last delivery requested weekday is Saturday
Add a packaging type
Navigate to Configuration > Order input
Click on Packaging types
Click on "New packaging type"
Create a packaging type for Pallet and add the sizes as mentioned in the below image.
The codes must match the table below. IIf they already exist in your environment and have another code, use our Chat feature for further support. The name may deviate.
Toggle "Generate barcodes" (Qargo Admin ONLY)

Add additional fields
Now you can set up additional fields.
Navigate to Configuration
Click on Additional fields in the header
Now you can see at the left side, different categories of additional fields. Make sure the below additional fields are active/inactive.

Add a transport network
Additionally, add a transport network.
Navigate to Locations
Click on Transport networks in the header
Click on Add transport network and create a new Central network for Palletline (in case it doesn't exist yet).
Click on Automatically assign resources and change it to For specific customers
Choose in the dropdown list Palletline
Once created, Add their depot in the “Hubs and depots” section, mark it as “internal” and fill in the location, e.g.:
Add tasks
Add a task "Export to Palletline"
Navigate to Tasks
Add a new tasks in Trips > Assign resource that matches the below details
Configure delivery status task
Configure a specific Palletline delivery status in the Driver question paths that will distinguish between EPOD (regular delivery with sign on device), DRDC (delivery at distribution center) and LASI (left as instructed). The response is registered and the status is sent as part of the integration.
The status is setup as an extra field that, once enabled, can be configured in the question paths.
To setup Navigate to CONFIGURATION > Additional Fields
Select Consignments and find the 'Palletline: Delivery Status' option.
Click the Edit Icon (Pen). This will open the configuration panel for this option.
Mark the option as ACTIVE.
Add the Transport Services that apply to this option.
Select if this option is to 'Always Show' and is 'Required' - toggle as necessary.
Create the Task for the driver to complete as part of the delivery process.
Set at the 'Delivery' stop activity, AFTER the Sign on Device requirement.
Direct the driver to indicate the Delivery Status from the options provided.
