Configure delivery status task

It is possible to configure a specific Palletline delivery status in the Driver question paths that will distinguish between EPOD (regular delivery with sign on device), DRDC (delivery at distribution center) and LASI (left as instructed). The response is registered and the status is sent as part of the integration.

The status is setup as an extra field that, once enabled, can be configured in the question paths.

To setup Navigate to CONFIGURATION > Additional Fields

Select Consignments and find the 'Palletline: Delivery Status' option.

Click the Edit Icon (Pen). This will open the configuration panel for this option.

Mark the option as ACTIVE.

Add the Transport Services that apply to this option.

Select if this option is to 'Always Show' and is 'Required' - toggle as necessary.

Once the option is enabled, create the Task for the driver to complete as part of the delivery process. In this case, the requirement would be set at the 'Delivery' stop activity, AFTER the Sign on Device requirement. This would direct the driver to indicate the Delivery Status from the options provided.
