In our Dashboard, you can see a visualisation of your data.

Within each dashboard tab a number of graphs and tables are generated to visualise the data. It is possible to export the data in .csv format, or export the image alone.

To export:

  • Click on the menu (3 dots) in the top right corner of the table / graph

  • Click on 'Export to CSV' to export raw data in csv file format

  • Click on 'Export image' to export a copy of the image file only

    • NOTE: exporting the graph is an image only, no interactive features

The file (image / csv) will automatically generate and download.

Convert file format

The exported file should be pre-formatted for excel, into columns and rows. If the download file format doesn't look correct, here are a couple of formatting tips to try:

  1. Use Text Import Wizard:

    • Open Excel first (don't double-click the CSV)

    • Go to File > Open > Browse

    • Select your CSV file

    • In the Text Import Wizard, choose "Delimited"

    • Try different delimiters (comma, semicolon, tab) until the preview looks correct

    • Click Finish

  2. Use Data > From Text/CSV:

    • Open Excel

    • Go to Data tab > Get Data > From File > From Text/CSV

    • Select your file

    • Excel will show a preview - you can change the delimiter in the dropdown

    • Click Load when it looks right
