You can export your data to Excel from the orders list page, trips page and the invoice page.

  • You can either choose to export all orders mentioned on the orders list page or only export the "revenue & cost report" by clicking on the elipsis on the top right corner of the page.

  • You can also choose to export all trips mentioned on the trips page. The same actions can be applied as on the orders list page.

Exporting all the order data

You can or directly click on the export icon or click on the elipsis next to "Export" action and click on "Export".

This option will export all data that is visible on the order list (order ID, status, dates, locations, drivers, custom lines, revenues, costs) in an excel file. Below you can find an example of how the excel file would look like:

Export the cost and revenue report

This export option can be used is you want an overview of the costs and revenues for a specific time period. To be able to export the data in Excel:

  • Click on the elipsis next to the "Export action"

  • Click on "Export revenue & cost report"

  • Choose the time period of the pickup date or delivery date

Below you can find an example of how the excel file would look like. You will see an overview of the total revenue and costs and the revenue and costs

  • per driver

  • per transport

  • per subcontractor

Instead of export your data to Excel, you can also view numerous metrics in our product. Simply navigate to Dashboard in the navigation bar.
