You can export your data to Excel from various pages across the platform. There are default export options that are pre-configured which users across multiple roles have access to.
‼️ The default exports are restricted to a minimal amount of rows. If users expect reports with 500 rows or more, it is recommended to create a custom export report, which will have the increased limits detailed here.
SUPER ADMIN users have access to create reports that can be exported.

For DEFAULT exports choose to export ALL records mentioned on the list page or select specific records that should be included.
In orders & trips, for a quick summary of Revenue and Cost, use the 'Export revenue & cost report' option. This will automatically include ALL order records.
Exporting data
Click on 'Export' button where available.
Select the option to export.
Where default reports exist, there will be an option to select ALL or by Row.
Selecting ALL will export all the data that is visible on the list view, in an excel file.

Export the ORDERS Cost and Revenue report
This export option can be used for an overview of costs and revenues for a specific time period. To be export the data in Excel:
Click on 'Export'
Click on 'Export revenue & cost report'
Choose the date type (Pickup / Delivery)
Enter the Start / End date range
Click Export to generate the report.
Below is an example of the excel file; including an overview of the total revenue and costs broken out across additional tabs:

Instead of exporting data to Excel, view numerous metrics directly from the platform.
