Stop extras can be added to allow users to include specific items or service extras at particular stops. Once the extra is saved, it can then be set as a compatible to specific resources.

For instance, if there are particular resources which have a taillift these resources can be marked compatible with this particular extra.

Configure Stop Extras

  • Navigate to RATES > Order Input

  • Click on 'Stop Extras' in the left sidebar

  • Click on 'Add service'

  • Give the new extra a name, and select which stops it will be available

    • Options include:

      • Collect - available at the collect stop location

      • Delivery - available at the deliver stop location

      • Other Stops - available at standalone stops

  • Select the customers who can select this service, this applies to the CUSTOMER PORTAL ONLY

    • Options include giving visibility to all or selected customers

  • Select which transport services the extra will be ACTIVE on

  • Click SAVE

Set Compatibility

Once the stop extra has been saved, a new panel for 'Configuration' will display where users can set resource compatibility for the extra.

  • Click on the resource line to updated, or select the pencil icon

  • From the new window that opens, select the check box next to the resource to update

  • Click SAVE

πŸ“š Once configured, a warning is shown in the planning board when you drag a trip to a resource that is not compliant.
