When using internal stops, extras can now be used to add surcharges on all stops.
Step 1: Setup Stop Extras
To configure, navigate to RATES > Order Input.
Left hand menu, select the 'Stop Option' panel. Select 'Stop Extras'.
Stop Extras was previously 'Collect & Delivery Extras'
Click the 'Add service' option to add a new extra.
Click on an existing service to update availability
Enter the General Information for the new service.
Select the availability
Collect: extra can be added on collect stops
Delivery: extra can be added on delivery
Other stops: extra can be added on all stops - other than collect and delivery
Step 2: Configure rate cards
Select the Transport Service which the Stop Extra will be available on, set to ACTIVE.
Use 'Link Rate Card' to add the Extra to existing rate cards.
The charge will become visible in the order when the Additional Stop is selected as part of the order.
