When you sent a trip to the driver and you make changes to that trip (or to the underlying order) then we will automatically send those changes to the driver so that he always sees the most recent information.

Status of the trip is Planned or In transit

When the trip is dispatched to the driver and the status is Planned or In transit, then the following changes will cause the newest information to be sent:

  • Changing information on the collect/delivery/intermediate stops (e.g. reference numbers, locations etc.)

  • Changing information on the order e.g. customer reference (even if this information is not sent to the driver)

No redispatch triggered

The following changes will never trigger a redispatch:

  • Uploading documents on the orders

  • Changing the order pricing

Order/consignment is delivered/completed

No redispatch triggered

There will no redispatch triggered if the order/consignment is delivered/completed and:

  • the price is changed

  • the order is invoiced and the invoice is changed

  • the amount of goods, the description and other similar fields are changed

  • the fields on consignment are changed (reference number, additional fields ..)

Dispatch triggered

There will be a redispatch triggered if the order/consignment is delivered/completed and:

  • the ADR on goods is changed

  • completed and non completed stops are changed (location, data, note, ..)
