- The order immediately before it already has a container or trailer allocated at order level
- The order you're looking at doesn't have a container or trailer allocated yet.

So if you’re unable to click them, check those two things first.

When planners add a reload to a trip that already has a container on the delivery leg, that container didn't carry across. The only option was to navigate into each order separately. Now, you can assign previous the previous container/trailer in one go.
