A: You can now easily export your contact records directly from the Contacts list view using the new Export button.
This functionality is designed for seamless data management:
Format Consistency: The default export structure is identical to the required Contact import format, meaning the exported file can be used for immediate re-import after making offline edits (e.g., for mass updates).
Flexible Output: The export respects the current filters applied to your list, allowing you to export a full or filtered subset of contacts.
Custom Reporting: Although the default is optimised for re-import, the export utilises existing template functionality, allowing for customisation of output fields if a different reporting structure is needed.
