FAQ – Can I attach files (e.g. terms and conditions) to a transportation order?

Q. I’d like to send files such as terms and conditions together with a transportation order. Can I attach documents directly to the order?

A. Yes. You can use the document upload feature, which is available in both the main platform and the Customer Portal. This allows you to upload supporting documents like terms and conditions, CMRs, or other paperwork directly to the order.

How to attach a document:

  1. Go to the Order Details screen for the relevant order.

  2. Click on Add Document.

  3. Select the appropriate document type from the dropdown menu.

  4. Attach your file (you can upload one or multiple files of the same type).

  5. Add a description (this will apply to all documents of that type uploaded in the same session).

Once uploaded, the documents will be linked to the order and made available for the transportation company or consignee as needed.

📚 To attach orders via the Customer Portal, documents must be enabled under the CONFIGURATION > Documents page. Use the toggle to control which documents can be viewed and / or uploaded.
