Yes that should be possible, you can move the texts up/down/right/left with the dimensions setup.
-Open your CMR template
Play with the margins depending on where you want to move the texts
-Test it with an example order
-View it as PDF
-Download the file
-And print afterwards to see and test if they are correctly placed in your printed document
If this does not help, please check your printing options and make sure that it is configured as "True To Scale"
