Qargo Email Intelligence is a new feature designed to streamline email communications in the logistics industry. Integrating email communication with the Transport Management System (TMS), automatically linking and saving transport-related emails; this feature makes email correspondence accessible to the entire team, eliminating lost or scattered messages.
Once you have the Qargo extension added to your email you can link emails to specific orders, and be sure any subsequent incoming and outgoing communication will be consolidated against that order - no more hunting through your inbox to find critical information!

Easy to configure in Qargo and an Outlook extension that allows users to link their own emails directly to orders.
Supports multiple types of mailbox configurations:
Individual mailboxes
Shared mailboxes
Distribution lists
Emails sent from your own mailbox allow for more personal communication with your customers.
Once the mailbox is linked, the system will automatically detect it when completing email tasks, and send the emails from your own mailbox instead of our [email protected] email address.
Aims to reduce operational errors due to miscommunication.
Users can create new orders without the need to manually key in data, increasing efficiency and reducing data entry risk.
New, unlinked orders will appear under the Actions section in the Qargo pane, giving the user visibility of new tasks to be actioned; and allowing for seamless order creation into the TMS.
Enhances collaboration, drives efficiency, and ensures continuity in your operations.
On any linked order, email correspondence (both incoming and outgoing), will be automatically consolidated to the order.
Users can open the order in Qargo directly from the linked email, allowing for quick and accurate updates.
