KPI dashboard
Hi,
We’ve rolled out an additional view on the planning page to support planning capacity decisions.
Users can now view a dashboard to view metrics such as available/used pallet spaces, loading metres and weights.
This can help planners gain an overview of the required vehicle capacity to fill in their planning and quickly spot where additional effort is needed.
Kind regards,
Order creation: form pre-fills from scanned document
Hello,
We are excited to announce a new feature for Qargo Document AI that enhances the efficiency of processing order creation forms.
Our AI model now learns from past orders to automatically fill in data from scanned order confirmation documents into the order form. Here’s a detailed overview of how it works and what you can expect:
How it works:
1. Learning Process⏳:
- The AI model learns every time a user creates an order for a specific customer using a scanned document.
- Typically, it takes about 3-5 scanned orders for the model to start providing pre-fills.
2. Automatic Pre-Fills 📑:
- When the model is confident that a value in the document matches a field in the order form, it will automatically fill in the corresponding field.
- Users will receive a notification in the top-right corner of the screen when one or more fields are pre-filled.
3. User Interface 👤:
- Pre-filled fields will be highlighted in blue within the form, similar to when users manually select a suggestion from the document.
- The user should verify the accuracy of the pre-filled data and manually complete any fields that are not automatically filled.
4. Accuracy and Limitations 🚨:
- The model is designed to provide pre-fills only when it is nearly 100% certain of the accuracy, aiming to minimize incorrect pre-fills.
- Users should not expect the entire form to be pre-filled but can anticipate a significant reduction in manual data entry.
We are confident that this feature will greatly reduce the manual workload and improve efficiency in processing order forms.

Order prefill based on transport service / customer
Hi,
🎉We’ve rolled out an extension to the existing order input prefilling.
📑 You can now create prefills via transport service (for all the orders that will be made under that transport service regardless of the customer) and customer level(for the orders that will be made for a specific customer).
If you select a transport service or customer that has a prefill defined, we fill in the entire prefill (while not overwriting any user-inputted form fields).
Below GIF shows how you can configure it on Transport service
➡️ (Navigate to Configuration -> Order input -> Transport services -> Click on "Add order default values"):
Below GIF shows how you can configure it on customer level
➡️ (Navigate to Customers Tab->Select customer -> scroll down and click "add order default values"):
Below GIF shows how the default values are automatically filled in once the related Transport service is selected upon order creation:

Location filter for stop tasks
Hi,
🎉 It is now possible to create stop tasks only if the stop has a specific location/locations. 🎉
This makes it possible to for example:
Generate documents for a specific location
Send out an email for a specific location
Let the driver fill in a specific set of questions for a specific location
To be able to create a task navigate to Configuration -> Tasks - > Trips -> Create Stop and add/adjust the task with the related stop and stop action as shown in below example(driver task):
