​The service level influences the pricing a lot (as e.g. next day is more expensive than economy delivery). This is handled in the rate charts configuration. For Saturday and Sunday deliveries, a surcharge will typically be applied, this is not done based on the service level addon itself, but on the “Requested weekday” metric.

Configuration of Service Level:

PRO TIP: Using -1 in the Exception lead time will generate a warning to the user, including portal users, that the service level selected is not available.
