POD export happens for the delivery depot use case
POD Import
PODs are periodically synced from the Palletforce API and stored in Qargo. POD imports are either JPEG or SVG file formats.
POD Export
When a POD is created/uploaded in Qargo, the file is being sent to Palletforce using the API. Uploaded files should be in JPEG file format.
Delivery Images
The Palletforce API allows for the submission and retrieval of delivery images.
Uploading delivery images, for consignments which the tenant receives from the pallet network. Supported file formats for uploads include JPEG, PNG or TIFF. Other file formats upload (ie: pdf) are uploaded as JPEG.
Delivery images for consignments which the tenant sends to the pallet network are retrieved every ten minutes and are displayed alongside the consignment. Supported file formats are stored as JPEG, PNG or TIFF.
This feature must be activated first in the Palletforce system before it can be enabled in your Qargo account.
