Custom fields / additional fields

Via additional fields, you can choose:

  • to add extra text and reference fields that are linked to an order.

  • which fields are always visible or only visible when filled in.

Navigate to Configuration > Additional fields.

You can choose at the left side for which category you'd like to order additional fields (Orders, Invoices, Resources or Customers). Those categories are linked to the titles that you can see in the header at the top of the page.

Additional fields

Those are additional fields that are standard available in the product. We will indicate them with a Qargo icon.

In other words, you don't need to set up those fields from scratch. If the fields are not relevant for your company, you can set those fields on Inactive so they are not shown on that respective page.

Standard fields can be archived and unarchived.

Custom fields

You can also set up custom field. Custom fields can be deleted.

Here is what you can do with custom fields:

  • You can edit each custom field line with the green pen

  • You delete a custom field line via the trash can at the back.

  • If you click on "Add custom field", you can create a custom field. Here you can add mandatory information (e.g. name and type) and add additional information (e.g. description).

  • Make sure your custom field is always linked to the correct transport service, otherwise, this won't show up.

  • After entering the necessary references and notes, press "Save".
