To be able to start planning your orders, you can switch to the planning column as shown below(also see ๐Ÿ‘‰Plan Trip):

Customise options for the list of orders to plan:

To be able to see the list of the orders to be planned, you can set the toggle on and select the "orders" option next to it to get the view below:

In this view, you will have fields where you can use search bar, date filters and planning group filters:

It is also possible to use filters located on the columns in the list view. On the right side of each column, you will find a filter icon. Once clicked on it, you will get a choice list per column where you can apply your filters. See an example below:

Columns can be dragged according to the order you would like to see them or length of these columns can be adjusted:

Customisation option for the orders to plan view can be found on the left side of the page under the โ€œCustomiseโ€ field. Here you will have a list of options where you would like to include or exclude in the view:

-You can set the toggle ON if you would like to see the specific information in your list view.
-You can set the toggle OFF if you would like to exclude the specific information in your list view.

It is also possible to have โ€œorders to planโ€ list in 2 different views: vertical or horizontal. By clicking on the following icon next to the layout indication, you will be able to switch between vertical and horizontal views:

If you would like to have a more comprehensive view of the list of orders, you can make selection of how many orders to plan you would like to see in the list view by simply selecting the amount per page option:

Customise options for the list of trips in planboard:

Similar to what we have on the list of order โ€œto planโ€, there is also a customisation option for the planned trips.

Customise option can be found op the top right of the screen:


Once clicked, you will have a list of details you would like to make visible in your planboard. You can set the toggle on for the fields you would like to view and toggle off the ones that you don't want to see the details of.

For instance, when activating "Show time windows", The time windows will be featured on the planning. They can provide more context on what was promised to your customers during planning and if everything is running accordingly.

โ€‹โ€‹Tip: if you would like to change how the resources are displayed in the planning simply scroll below the customise list and set the toggles on or of depending on which detail of the resource you would like to see:

Depending on what toggle you set on, the names of the resources will be displayed in the planning(see an example below):

You can also sort the planboard as ascending or descending by resource name or the timestamp of the first stop of the planned trips via the A->Z icon located on the right side of your planboard:


Color indications will also give you a hint of the status of your stops/trip:

โ€‹Resources view: Can be used for tracking the last activity/next unavailability of the resources or adding the resources or combinations that do not have ๐Ÿ‘‰Always on planboard toggle in the planning.

To activate this planning, set the toggle ON as to plan and select the resources view as below:

In this view, you will have a listed view of the resources where you can use the drop down option to open the list view:

Once you open the specific list of resources, you will be able to see the location of the last trip this resource has been to, the activity and the trip number and if applicable, the date of next unavailability of that resource. (for resource unavailabilities click ๐Ÿ‘‰Here)


This will give a clear overview of when/if that resource can be used for planning.

To allocate the resources or combinations that do not have ๐Ÿ‘‰Always on planboard toggle or that do not exist yet in the planning, you can simply click on the Plus (+) icon located next to the name of that resource as shown below, which will then make that resource or resource combination to be added in the planning of the selected date or date range.

โ€‹Show last location toggle : Used for being able to see last location that resource/combination has executed.
Once the toggle is set on , you will be able to see the last location of that specific resource in the planning.
It gives information as the name, address, date and hour of the last location that this resource has been to.
You can click the area to get automatically directed to the last trip of that resource.

โ€‹Map view: Shows the data of the selected dates in the planning. We both have the option to visualise "to plan" and "planned" orders.
โ€‹


Map view has its own filter options. So you can make it smaller/bigger area by using the scroll up/down option of your mouse or use the available filters located on the map view:

You can toggle the map view off to have a wider visibility of the planning

๐Ÿšจ Custom column views - both the order and size - are retained by your browser. If you delete your cookies or have opted to configure your browser to never store cookies in the first place, the views won't be saved and will be reset to the default the next time you use Qargo.
