There are 2 options to view 'Orders to Invoice'.

  • Order View: Displays orders by specific order number. Filtering options are available on the order number column header.

  • Charge View: Displays based on sorting by charge type. Filtering is available on the charge column header which allows specific charges to be visible.

Order view shows the total values of the order and works for full invoicing of the order. Order view option shows the total of the charges in the order while you can see per charge line in Charge View.

Order View:

  • The Order View allows users to use a variety of 'Quick Actions' that can perform tasks across a single or multiple orders, by using the check boxes.

Charge View:

  • In the Charge View, filtering based on charge type allows rates to be added or modified quickly, directly from the list view.

  • If a specific order(s) needs to be partially invoiced (ie. some charges should be invoiced in advance) this can be done via Charge View.

  • In the below example you can see charges from the same order being split per line.

  • You can select a single charge, (or multiple if applicable) to be invoiced/added to an existing invoice.

  • You can also follow up on orders that have partially been invoiced/to be invoiced.

  • In the charge view, you can also apply filters per customer, per charge type, per VAT type, sort revenues and filter locations details and many more. (See also: Customise Invoice List View)
