This video shows how cargo totals get updated live in the Trips timeline:
🔎 Customise each planning view (A+/A-) to ensure cargo visibility remains consistent when switching between showing more or less data in the trip block.
Other things to bear in mind when configuring:
Rows not visible? Open the Customise icon (top right of the Timeline) and toggle on at least one of the three cargo views. None are enabled by default.
Totals not updating? Check that the relevant metrics (LDM, weight, pallet spaces) are actually filled in on the order. Rows only reflect values that exist on the orders — they don't assume or default.
Cargo per leg type stays empty? This view requires pallet space values on the order (Half/Full pallets). Orders with only LDM or weight won't populate it.
Rows disappear after zooming? The A+/A− zoom buttons affect row visibility. Configure your preferred views in Customise once, then stick to a consistent zoom level while planning.
The three views are independent — you can enable any combination simultaneously. You're not limited to picking one.
