Organisations operating more than one internal Palletways depot can manage all depots through a single Qargo instance.
How it works
Each depot is configured as a separate Palletways integration instance with its own API credentials.
When a consignment is dispatched, Qargo automatically selects the correct depot by matching against the depot codes defined in the Owned postal codes tab under transport network management.
No manual depot selection is required.
📚 All existing functionality — dispatch, label generation, status synchronisation, and POD exchange — operates independently per depot instance.
Configuration
Each Palletways depot requires its own set of API credentials.
Depot codes are managed under LOCATION > Transport network > Owned postal codes.
🧰 Palletways Network must be enabled as an integration first. Please contact your account manager if the option does not show in the Transport Networks list.
‼️ Depot selection is automatic. Operators do not need to select a depot manually when creating or dispatching a consignment Qargo determines the correct instance based on postal code ownership.
